We strive to provide you with the best products and services. Please read our exchange policy carefully.
Exchange Only:
We will not accept returns; however, we are happy to process exchanges under the following conditions:
- - Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 Days of delivery.
- - We will only accept exchanges for unused and unwashed products returned with the original packaging and tags.
- - Buyers have to ship the item back to our warehouse, we don't have any return pickup option.
- - Once we receive the product we will issue a gift card equivalent to the order value plus 100 INR(Max) for Your shipping costs.
- - We will arrange pickup and exchange free of cost if the issue is due to our mistake, such as shipping the wrong or damaged item.
Important Points to Remember:
- - Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 Days of the delivery date.
- - Buyers are responsible for shipping the exchange item to our warehouse.
- - All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and returned with the original packing and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- - In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a photograph of the damaged or defective product in your email. Failure to inform us may result in the return not being processed.
